The Colegio Marqués de la Ensenada is a prestigious private school situated in the outskirts of Madrid. We convert this beautiful campus – near one of Europe′s largest universities and just 15 minutes by metro from the emblematic Plaza de España – into a comfortable and active setting for our international campers.

Accomodation |
|
The Madrid Marqués Camp offers two housing options:
Home stays for foreign students over 14 years old
Dormitory rooms on campus.
Host families provide a wonderful opportunity for students to fully integrate themselves into the Spanish way of life. Dorm rooms are in the campus′ main building, as well as a separate residence hall, and all are doubles. Students are grouped by age & gender and we attempt to mix students with peers of different nationalities, which inevitably enriches their summer experience.
All campers are on full board, 7 days a week. Home stay participants, however, only attend camp Monday through Friday. The meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack and dinner. On days that the students leave the permises to participate in special activities or trips, they will be provided a lunch and snack bag.

Activities & Excursions |
|
Madrid, Spain′s bustling capital, is full of cultural activities and sites to explore, so our camp directors always organize excursions and trips with this in mind. While on the camp grounds, students may participate in afternoon and evening activities like parties, competitions, campfires, movie nights, discos, dancing, camping and much more. Around the city, campers may take guided walking tours, visit museums and enjoy the city′s vast parks.
Full and half–day journeys around Madrid transport campers to medieval cities such as Toledo or Avila. We will also discover the one of the world′s oldest universities in Salamanca, the Roman aqueduct of Segovia, and much, much more.
